This area of service was the basic objective of the NEW LIFE CENTRE at Purulia. But the inner call has made us shift our activities from Purulia to the South of Bengal on the Delta of Sundarbans. Our initial plan was to reestablish this unit in a bigger way as a clinic cum training institute but in this area we found, a school is more essential. Therefore we have established the school instead. We have sufficient manpower and equipment to restart the service for Orthopaedically-challenged people but it needs financial support and a separate building. In the meantime we help such people casually and guide them in various ways for physical and social rehabilitation.
